     В зависимости от условий работы используют провод ПСД или ПЭТВ. Катушки с медным проводом ПСД устанавливают в тормоза оборудования, эксплуатирующегося в горячих цехах. Катушки с проводом ПЭТВ предназначены для эксплуатации в обычных условиях.
     Всю конструкцию пропитывают эпоксидным компаундом. Для подключения катушки к магниту тормоза предусмотрено два вывода. По умолчанию это мягкие выводы (провода), но возможно изготовление моделей с жесткими выводами (шины).
Для предотвращения вибрационного вращения катушки и обрыва проводки. На корпусе катушки предусмотрены цилиндрические выступы. При установке детали их совмещают с соответствующими углублениями в корпусе тормоза. За счет такого монтажа предотвращается вибрационное вращение катушки и обрыв проводки на ней.
Производят два типа катушек ТКП:
  • Параллельного подключения. Наиболее распространенный тип, используется на разных видах производств. Как правило, оснащается мягкими выводами. Предназначен для работы с напряжением 110 или 220 В, с ПВ 25%. Возможна работа с ПВ 40 или 100%, но необходим дополнительный резистор.
  • Последовательного подключения или токовые. Работают при напряжении 220 и 440В, с ПВ 25 и 40%. Оснащаются жесткими медными выводами.
